Audience Takeaways

  • Explore how family dynamics, cultural expectations, and past experiences shape beliefs about love, relationships, and connection.

  • Recognize patterns in communication, vulnerability, and relationship behaviors that may no longer align with their values.

  • Practice reflecting on inherited narratives and identifying new ways to approach love, intimacy, and meaningful connection.

A therapist's perspective on the conversations people and organizations don't always know how to have.

Janynea Hutchinson, M.S., LGMFT, is a couples and sex therapist, speaker, and facilitator whose work explores relationships, emotional wellness, identity, intimacy, and the narratives that shape how people experience themselves and one another.
